GRIEVANCES REDRESSAL MECHANISM

Grievance Cell at works on the Grievances submitted on the day itself through "complaint Register" under the supervision of Mrs. Sandhya Gopakumar who is the counsellor in our school. 

Time between 0830 hrs to 0900 hrs has been fixed on all working days for attending parents for redressal of grievances without prior appointment at the school.  The grievance will be acknowledged immediately, at the most within the same day of the receipt of grievance.
